Specialising in baking. butchery, cheesemaking, preserves and pickling as well as brewing, the school has attracted thousands of students from across the UK and beyond since it opened in 2009. The school offers a wide portfolio of practical day courses, a unique series of full-time qualifications as well as bespoke training for industry professionals, food producers, farmers and chefs.
