It provides you with a pre-defined list of job profiles to choose from. You simply need to select the role you are recruiting for and Job Shop will automatically detail all the required skills relating to the chosen position, represented by National Occupational Standards.
Once the job has been entered, our unique online system will search a range of candidates and return those that ‘Best Match’ the position. You can then view the CV and post a message to the chosen candidates if you want to get in contact.
