CourseFinder is quick and simple to use. Follow our step-by-step guide to help get you started.

  • If you would like to see courses near you, fill in your postcode and how many miles you are willing to travel
  • Select the category, type (i.e. full/part time) and delivery method (i.e. classroom/work-based) to filter your results or leave as ‘all’ for the widest search results
  • Add keywords on the specific type of courses you are looking i.e. ‘chainsaws’
  • If desired, tick the boxes to show only:
    • Funded courses – courses that are currently being funded and so may be offered at a discounted rate
    • Accredited – courses that lead to an accredited qualification
  • Click the search button to display your results
  • Click the magnifying glass to show a quick summary of the course or to find out more click ‘Full details’
  • To return to the full results, simply click the ‘back to search results’
  • You can view your results on a map – simply click the second tab ‘Show results on a map’
  • If you wish to save your search results, register or sign in.

You can also use our ‘Industry’ and ‘Region’ filters to sort your results. Remember if you make any changes, click the ‘refresh results’ button to display your latest courses.
