This is a work-based training programme which requires you to complete SVQ 2 units and an enhancement. To achieve this you need to be in employment on a fish farm. Previous experience is preferable. To be eligible for a Scottish Enterprise contract to subsidise your training, you need to be under 20 years of age. The main areas covered by the course are: • Fish Husbandry • Fish Health Management • Fish Production Management • Supervision • Sport Fish Species • Management and Control of Anglers.
