My CV

As Partnership Manager for land-based engineering I’m responsible for making sure that those entering and working in the industry have the skills to achieve their potential and progress their careers.

I started out as an agricultural apprentice and then spent 27 years as a sales executive and then sales manager for land-based engineering dealers across the south east.

I have worked with Lantra for 12 years and I’m passionate about skills. When I’m not working I spend my time at the local sports centre or skiing.
