As part of our growth, we are recruiting two Horticultural Customer Advisors. With customer service at the heart of everything we do, we operate three busy, efficient websites selling hedging plants, topiary plants and a general horticultural website. We need you to come and join the excellent customer services team to support our growing operation.
Based at our Telford Head Office and at our second office in Hereford, your duties will include taking calls, responding to emails and helping customers to grow the right plants in the right place. You will be keen, have at least a basic knowledge of horticultural practices and good plant knowledge or at least a good ability to learn quickly. You will be enthusiastic, well-organised, be able to work in a fast paced environment and multi-task, whilst all the time remaining customer-focussed and always willing to provide the best service possible.
