Description
The role of the Supporter Relations Officer is primarily to promote legacies and high level gifts. They also ensure first-class customer care for all Dogs Trust supporters, but particularly, legacy pledgers and legacy intenders, high value donors and dog sponsors.
The position will be based at a Dogs Trust Rehoming Centre. The Supporter Relations Officer will join a growing team that is part of the Fundraising/Marketing Department, based within the Fundraising/Marketing Department at Head Office.
He/she will be in close contact with and will report each week to the Head of Supporter Relations. All work undertaken will be agreed with the Head of Supporter Relations.
There will be a probationary review after the first six months.
