LandSkills SE 70% funded a number of farmers to go on a crop price risk management course run by West Berks and Oxon Training Group. Check out what the farmers thought below:
This course is just one example of how LandSkills SE funding is making a real difference to farmers in the region.
When asked what is the value of this training to your current role back at work attendees said that it provided highly relevant training on sources of information, how to use them, and marketing techniques, which helped to improve grain marketing skills and understanding of the market place.
Farmers found the course to be highly relevant in developing their career with some saying it gave them wider knowledge and professional training enabling them to improve their skills.
