Managing On Farm Carbon Emissions - Climate Change and Carbon Footprints

In the last year EBLEX have undertaken around 60 carbon footprints on Beef and Sheep farms across England in order to increase our understanding of the elements of management that have the greatest effect on the carbon cost per Kg of beef or lamb produced. ECO2, who undertook the work, will present the findings of this year’s survey and take us through the main drivers of carbon emissions in our production systems.
