Women and Work Award winners

Women and Work Champion, Baroness Prosser OBE, presented the awards and said:  “It was very heartening to meet so many women who have the determination to move forward and see how Women and Work has helped them fulfil their ambitions.”

Winners

We awarded seven ladies with Women and Work Learners of the Year Awards in the eligible industries of agriculture, environmental conservation, game and wildlife, horticulture, landscaping, production horticulture and trees and timber.  We also recognised one of the women as the overall Women and Work Learner of the Year and awarded a Skills Coach of the Year as well.

The winners were:

  • Agricultural Women and Work Learner of the Year - Andrea Jones
  • Environmental Conservation Women and Work Learner of the Year - Kelly Gunnell
  • Game and Wildlife Women and Work Learner of the Year - Claire Vincent
  • Horticulture Women and Work Learner of the Year - Michelle Dale
  • Landscaping Women and Work Learner of the Year - Penny Rushby-Smith
  • Production Horticulture Women and Work Learner of the Year - Rachel Benson
  • Trees and Timber Women and Work Learner of the Year - Tracey Guiller
  • Ultimate Women and Work Learner of the Year - Tracey Guiller
  • Skills Coach of the Year - Angela Kimberley
