To make sure you have skilled, knowledgeable and qualified workers, we work to produce flexible sets of qualifications using our National Occupational Standards. We know how important these standards and qualifications are so we regularly review them to keep them up-to-date.
But with so many types of qualifications to choose from, choosing the right one for you can seem confusing.

Find out about Modern Apprenticeships
Borders College aims to offer training and development to a range of learners from school leavers to local business professionals.
In conjunction with the college, we would like you to take part in a survey to assess how they can offer a better training provision to Scottish landbased businesses through their Transform project. The aim of the project is to evaluate the best possible methods for delivery of relevant training to help your business. In order to discover how things are changing within the landbased sector, the technologies in use and your preferred way of learning, Borders College are seeking your input through completion of a short questionnaire. The results of the questionnaire will help us in conjunction with the college to create learning experiences which match your business needs both in terms of content and delivery.
Your participation is very important to us and much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
Please complete the survey by Friday 2nd December 2011.
