Registration forms
Learners starting a Modern Apprenticeship must be registered with us via the training provider within 8 weeks of starting.

Submit a claim for a Modern Apprenticeship certificate. But remember there is a separate certificate request form for each industry and level. Download the relevant forms.
Training Provider Modern Apprenticeship registration form
To offer Modern Apprenticeships in the land-based and environmental sector, training providers should register with us. Download the training provider Modern Apprenticeship registration form, which should be completed and then returned to us with the necessary supporting evidence. We will inform you when approval has been granted.

Proxie and relaxation terms for core skills
There are proxy and relaxation rules for Core Skills within Modern Apprenticeships. Please contact our Apprenticeship Certificate Administrator for further clarification, prior to apprentices starting the Modern Apprenticeship so that the learner is not disadvantaged.

Additional employer requirements
If you have a new learner who wants to complete an additional employer requirement that is not listed within the framework, please contact our Apprenticeship Certificate Administrator for confirmation that it will be accepted as a substitute. Please do not wait until the learner has completed the Modern Apprenticeship. This will be too late to correct if we disagree and will disadvantage the learner.
