These benefits are for full time positions of 37.5 hours per week. Please pro rata down for less than 37.5 hours.

  • 25 days holiday per annum plus 8 bank holidays. Increasing to 27 days holiday after 5 years’ service and 30 days after 8 years’ service (pro-rata for part-time staff). 25 days holiday per annum plus 8 bank holidays.   • Christmas shut down at 1pm on last working day, afternoon as additional half day holiday. 3 days holiday allocated to Christmas week, return to work on first working day in New Year.
  • Contributory company pension – final salary scheme. Current contributions are 10.1% employer and 5% employee of monthly salary. Application for membership is available to employees aged 18 to 60 with permanent or fixed-term contract of 3 months or more.
  • Child care vouchers, medical cover and discount voucher for Halfords bicycle available through a salary sacrifice scheme to all staff following confirmation of their probationary period.

  • Full time positions are 37.5 hours per week. Normal office hours are Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:30 with 1 hour for lunch.
