Lantra Wales Conference Centre

The conference centre, equipped to meet the needs of today's businesses, is able to offer you a warm welcome and a flexible service. 

Surrounded by breathtaking scenery, Lantra Welsh office and conference centre is situated on the Royal Welsh Showground, approximately 0.5 mile from Builth Wells.

Service and facilities

The buildings three meeting rooms, of various sizes, can be set up for your specific requirements – whether it's for a conference or exhibition, training event, seminar or a small business meeting. 

Available on a daily or half-day basis, room hire includes the use of a TV monitor, video player, overhead projector and screen, dry wipe board and flip chart. Photocopying, fax, Powerpoint, and video conferencing facilities are also all available by prior request.

Directions to the Conference Centre

From North West A470

From the north follow the A470 towards Builth Wells. Before reaching Builth Wells you will find the Royal Welsh Showground on your left.  Enter the showground at Public Entrance C.  Take the first right and then next left.  Lantra will be on your right.

From North East A483 or A481

Heading towards Builth Wells you will reach the Royal Welsh Showground without entering the town itself.  Go straight across the roundabout following the A470 and enter at Public Entrance C.  Take the first right and then next left.  Lantra will be on your right.

From South West A483

Follow A483 into Builth Wells. Turn left over the bridge following signs for the A470 to Rhayader.  Then take first left at the roundabout onto the A470 and enter the showground at Public Entrance C.  Take the first right and then next left.  Lantra will be on your right.

From South East A470

Follow the A470 into Builth Wells. Turn right over the bridge, then take the first left at the roundabout. following the A470 and enter the showground at Public Entrance C.  Take the first right and then next left. Lantra will be on your right.
