ARE GROOMS GETTING FULL JOB SATISFACTION?
Lantra is conducting a family fortunes style survey survey of 100 grooms to find out how satisfied they are in their career.
The market research will enable Lantra to gain insight into the current work practices and the opinions of grooms on issues such as salary, training and career progression.
The survey is quick and easy, only taking a few minutes to complete, and is 100% confidential. However it is important as it will enable Lantra to gather a crucial snapshot of the role of grooms, which will help us ensure the work we do, is relevant to the industry.
The equine groom survey will close on Thursday 17 April 2008.
