Around 150,000 people work in the land-based, aquaculture and environmental industries in Scotland, within around 24,000 businesses. Agriculture alone contributes more than one billion pounds to the country’s economy.

Over the next decade, 30,000 new entrants will be needed in the sector, so there are plenty of opportunities for exciting and rewarding careers out there.
