Lantra works to maximise investment in high quality skills and business development.

 

To do this, Lantra:

  • Provides robust Labour Market Intelligence (LMI) to supports an evidenced-based approach to policy and investment decisions by governments and agencies

  • Work with employers to develop National Occupational Standards (NOS) and qualifications that truly meet employment needs, including the Apprenticeship Frameworks for our industries

  • Helps to develop, inform and influence policy on matters affecting training, education, business development at industry specific, national and regional levels

  • Provides the overarching strategy for Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) within the sector on careers, entry and progression routes.
