Farming Connect Skills Development
This is a service for farmers and growers in Wales concerned with agriculture, production horticulture and forestry.
Eligible businesses which sign up to the service may receive:

A free on-farm SkillCheck – a training needs analysis

Refresher SkillChecks every two years

Up to 50% support towards the cost of approved training and assessment.
Farming Connect gives Welsh farmers and growers the opportunity to identify their skills needs and choose from a wide range of vocational training courses.
Lantra responds to all requests for training and liaises with the Welsh Assembly Government to determine if support can be provided.
