A new database, called MX Contact, is a contact management system that has been brought into Lantra to improve its communication with industry.
The application will act as the main source of information about our relationships with organisations and individuals. MX Contact will be a very useful tool in ensuring that the history and knowledge of these relationships is retained and will enable us to follow up activities of staff that may have left.
