Lantra Skills Ambassadors

Getting employers and sole traders to recognise the business benefits of training and motivating individuals to increase their skills is a huge task.  With over one million individuals working in the environmental and land-based sector Lantra cannot achieve this alone.

The Lantra Skills Ambassador Programme is designed to harness the drive and enthusiasm of those leaders and thinkers who understand the business case for skills and Lantra’s role in supporting this.  The programme is flexible to ensure activities undertaken match an individuals’ interests, skills, knowledge and personal aspirations for the role.
