After graduating from Swansea University, Liz became a Web Manager for a European children’s charity, designing, writing and editing web content, going on to become the Marketing and Media Officer for a Welsh arts organisation working with adults who have learning disabilities.
Liz plans to encourage workers from within the seventeen industries represented by Lantra to take up training, in order to bring benefits to businesses and attract more people into the sector, through projects such as Farming Connect.
