Kate Brannan - Marketing Executive
Kate joined Lantra in January as Marketing Executive. Prior to joining Lantra Kate held the position of Marketing Officer at Screen WM, a regional screen agency that supports, promotes and develops TV, film and other screen media.
Kate will be working with the Products and Services department to develop, implement and market Lantra's products.
Mhairi Aikman - PR and Marketing Co-ordinator
Coming from a background of trade journalism and publishing, with a short spell in the press office of Warwickshire County Council, Mhairi hopes to be a useful addition to the marketing and communications team at Stoneleigh.
Outside of work, Mhairi enjoys being part of the rural community in which she lives and has a number of canine interests, including showing Standard Poodles and helping out at her mother's boarding kennels and cattery.
David Swales - Research Manager
David joined Lantra in February as our Research Manager. He had previously held a similar position within the Learning and Skills Council.
David is responsible for leading the development of Lantra's research and evaluation programmes. He heads the research team which commissions and undertakes research studies to ensure that Lantra's policies and practices are based on firm evidence of employers' needs in each industry.
David said: "As an employer-led organisation research is central to Lantra's work. It is vital we have a rigorous understanding of employers' needs and priorities in each industry in order that we effectively plan our work and influence government. I am looking forward to the challenge of working with our partners and employers to develop robust and useable research evidence for the sector."

Sarah Douglas - Marketing Administrator
Sarah has now left Lantra. Lantra Connect is still up and running and has been taken over by Sophia Colman.
