But don’t just take our word for it!
Hear what our Instructors have to say…
“It’s great to be able to earn a living from doing what you enjoy, but it’s not off-road driving or quad bike riding that gets me out of bed in the morning – it’s the chance to help someone with their own development. If you are keen to progress and develop your instructing career, Lantra will support you.”
Tim Manwaring
Lantra Awards Instructor
“The most satisfying part of being a Lantra Awards Instructor is working with other people. I enjoy meeting new people and working with machinery, so this is a perfect job for me. The other thing that attracted me to this role is the diversity. I run different courses every day and work with different groups, so that is refreshing and energising.”
