Stay safe and skilled with our comprehensive chainsaw and tree-felling refresher course.
Chainsaws are powerful and dangerous tools.
It's essential that you keep up to speed with all the latest techniques and guidelines to ensure you stay safe when using them.
Our refresher course will do just that as well as demonstrating that you and your employer have completed sufficient training to meet the Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998 (PUWER).
It covers chainsaw use and maintenance as well as practical sessions in cross-cutting and felling trees.
Our course offers a balanced mix of theory and practical sessions.
There are five modules in all.
The first covers safety, health, and welfare, and is mandatory. It must be completed before the other modules.
