Lantra’s newly unveiled Groundcare Machinery Maintenance suite proved a hit at BTME, the leading turf management exhibition at Harrogate’s Convention Centre.
Lantra Provider Mow-Sure delivered modules from the suite as part of the exhibition's ‘Continue to Learn’ seminar programme, receiving lots of positive feedback from attendees.
The exhibiting team met with a number of existing Lantra Instructor/Assessors and received an impressive number of enquiries from landscaping and sports turf professionals who were interested in our training and qualifications. The new stand location in the Blue zone generated great levels of footfall.
Along with the positive responses to Machinery Maintenance, Chainsaws and Pesticides training, the team were also approached by new industry professionals looking to become Instructors with Lantra. Likewise, existing Instructors also popped by the stand to ask about adding new skill areas across landscaping and pesticides. The Instructor network and EPA teams are currently following up the event with a number of leads.
Popular social media star Jimmy the Mower also visited the stand, along with industry representatives from the likes of STRI, Toro and Bernhard Grinders. New partnership opportunities for Lantra were discussed through meetings with Agrovista who were officially launching their new Agrovista Amenity division at the show.
The Lantra team will be exhibiting next at the Arb show from Friday 15 - Saturday 16 May at Westonbirt, The National Arboretum.
