First aid saves lives and knowing what to do in an emergency can mean the difference between life and death.  It’s a simple skill, but it has an incredible impact.

First aid skills can be applied in the home, in the workplace or in public locations; it allows those trained with the potentially life-saving ability to assist an injured or ill person during a variety of emergency situations.

With first aid training, you will learn various skills as basic life support (CPR), helping an injured person who’s unconscious, dealing with bleeding, shock, poisoning as well as choking.

All of these skills can potentially help save someone’s life.

Employers have a legal duty to ensure staff receive immediate attention if they are injured or taken ill at work; as a minimum, employers must have an appointed person to take charge of first-aid arrangements and have a suitably stocked first-aid kit.

Whether you need first aid training for the workplace or for everyday life, there is a course suitable for you.
