Mental health and our attitude towards it are rarely out of the headlines at the moment, and whilst people working in the land-based sectors aren’t known for admitting when they may need help, it’s crucial those around them can recognise the warning signs and have the skills to address difficult situations.
If you’re interested in developing these skills then a training course tutored online, approved and certified by Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England, could be the answer.
The online tutored courses cover a range of practical skills including how to spot the signs of mental illness and, how to have the confidence to step in and support a person who needs assistance.
On completion of all modules and individual learning sessions, delegates will receive either a Mental Health First Aider of Mental Health Champion certificate, a reference manual and a workbook containing a useful toolkit.
Lantra is delighted to be supporting MHFA, by delivering their courses through our own, fully qualified, Mental Health First Aid Trainers via the MHFA England online Learning Hub
