You can check the validity of any Lantra certificate and the person claiming to hold it, by simply inputting the Learner name and achievement date into the Certificate Checker

Please use the calendar to enter the DOB (you can type in the year box to get the correct year) or type in the field using the following format dd/mm/yyyy

This will not work for FISS/TMM cards
