If you need a replacement card or certificate, visit the Contact Us page of the website where there is a form you can fill out and send to firstname.lastname@example.org where a member of our Customer Services Team will pick it up.
- How do I find out dates for courses?
Lantra don't actually deliver training ourselves, we develop courses and qualifications.
Our courses are delivered through a nationwide network of Training Provider Partners.
To find out more details on course availability and dates, you need to contact your local training provider and see what availability they have.

- What is the difference between a Training Course and a Qualification?
With Lantra you can access Non-Assessed Training, Assessed Training, and Qualifications.
If you're looking to work in industry you'll probably need to complete a Qualification.
