- How do I order a replacement skills card/certificate?
If you need a replacement card or certificate, visit the Contact Us page of the website where there is a word document you need to download and fill out.
This document is downloadable straight from the page and is located in the text next to the bottom left of the map. Send the completed document to firstname.lastname@example.org where a member of our Customer Services Team will pick it up.
- I haven't received my skills card/certificate yet, what do I do?
If you have completed a Lantra Course or Qualification and haven't yet received a skills card or certificate the first thing to do is contact the Provider with who you completed the course with.
Lantra send skills cards and certificates to Providers who in turn distribute them to course attendees.
If the Provider has not received your skills card or certificate feel free to contact us and we will be happy to help.
Also please contact us if you aren't sure which Provider you completed a course with.
- How do I find out dates for courses?
Lantra don't actually deliver training ourselves, we develop courses and qualifications.
Our courses are delivered through a nationwide network of Training Provider Partners.
To find out more details on course availability and dates, you need to contact your local training provider and see what availability they have.

- How do I find a Qualification?
You can find a qualification just as you would search for a course (please see the video at the top of this page).
Qualifications can be identified as they will have a 'Level' before the title, for example: Level 2 Award in the Safe Use of Pesticides.
- What is the difference between a Training Course and a Qualification?
With Lantra you can access Non-Assessed Training, Assessed Training, and Qualifications.
If you're looking to work in industry you'll probably need to complete a Qualification.

- How do I find out more information about a course?
Every course has a web page with information regarding that course, and also a downloadable product information sheet.

- Can I get Lantra approved training in the Republic of Ireland?
Yes, Lantra do work with Provider Partners that operate in the Republic of Ireland, delivering Lantra approved training courses and qualifications.
- How do I find out what Lantra courses I have completed?
If you aren't sure what courses you have completed with Lantra please contact us letting us know your name, date of birth, and ask to see what Lantra courses or qualifications you have completed.
