Training: Certificate of attendance issued after the course.

Refresher: Updating courses enabling re-issue of skills card or certificate.

Qualification: Unit based with formal assessment providing a nationally recognised qualification.

ITA: Integrated Training and Assessment - a certified course that includes practical or knowledge based assessment.
