Our Programme at the Event

Lantra will be launching our new research report at the Oxford Farming Conference (OFC) 2024. The findings explain why the use of apprenticeships in agriculture is low, providing a deeper understanding of the barriers that deter farm businesses from taking on an apprentice.

Lantra Breakfast Event @ 8am - Thursday 4 January 2024
