Business Update – Coronavirus

Following recent government advice Lantra has taken the difficult but necessary decision to close all its offices and to significantly scale back its training and qualifications activities (Lantra Awards) including End-Point Assessment of apprentices in England.

Lantra Awards

From 1 April Lantra Awards will be manned by a small number of staff working from home. We will continue to take orders, dispatch materials and issue certificates. Turnaround time may be affected by limited access to printers, but we will try to minimise delays and advise all customers to allow extra time.

Lantra Remote Delivered Training

To help keep our workforce safe and their training up-to-date, we've introduced a range of remotely delivered training courses. The courses are delivered under controlled conditions by the Instructor with a proctored solution for the online end of course test, which guarantees verification of the Learner and ongoing monitoring of the Learner during the test.

Lantra Scotland and Lantra Wales

Lantra’s project teams in Wales and Scotland will continue to keep normal office hours but will be working from home until further notice.

We are eager to resume normal business operations and serving all of our customers. From all of us at Lantra, we wish you well during this difficult time and we look forward to seeing you very soon.
